MANAP主席Ádám Szolnoki告诉《光伏》杂志,去年新增的装机量中包括来自50 kW以下规模项目的362 MW装机容量、322 MW的工商业装机容量和729 MW的公用事业规模装机容量。
Szolnoki解释说,随着2023年底净计量电价的结束,住宅太阳能装机量急剧下降。但他补充说,自产自销的非并网型工商业装机量有所增长,“因为许可程序较为简易且能源价格仍然不算低。”
Szolnoki补充道,随着正在进行的公用事业规模装机项目相继完工,去年这一细分领域继续引领匈牙利市场。但他警告说,由于过去两年内没有发放新的并网许可证,预计未来几年内该细分市场的增长速度将放缓。他预计今年将新增1.2 GW至1.3 GW装机容量,随后2026年将增加900 MW至1 GW。
在被问及哪些监管变化将推动匈牙利太阳能市场的发展时,Szolnoki建议修订住宅用户的电价上限,“因为它完全不符合市场情况。”
去年7月,匈牙利政府重新融资开展住宅太阳能装置的补贴计划。10月份,有报道称该计划支持了超过30万台装置。
今年年初,匈牙利政府通过了一揽子提案,旨在简化公寓楼安装太阳能电池板的流程。
