丹麦印刷电子设备供应商InfinityPV推出了一款狭缝涂布仪,为薄膜光伏研究人员提供了一种可配置且紧凑的片材涂布仪,适用于有机和无机太阳能电池技术。

该仪器分为Mini和Pro两种尺寸,分别支持100 x 280毫米和160 x 280毫米的涂层宽度。两种机型的涂布速度范围均为1.2至33毫米/秒,运行功率为110-240伏交流电,其紧凑型设计适合放置在手套箱或通风柜内。
较小机型的尺寸为440 x 360 x 400 毫米,重22千克;较大机型的尺寸为440 x 420 x 400毫米,重24千克。
InfinityPV狭槽涂布仪的标准热板支持高达100℃的温度,而选配的高温热板能够达到140℃。此外,Pro版本还可以配备超平滑、钻石铣削的微孔真空吸盘,以支持大面积涂布,并实现高达100℃的精确温度控制。
据该公司介绍,所有机型均配备注射泵,用于精确调节墨水流量,以实现有机和无机配方的最佳输送。
此外,该仪器还可选配多种附加模块或可互换组件,用于刀片涂布、笔涂、条棒涂布和柔版印刷工艺。其可选配置还包括加热的狭缝涂布模头。
