中国光伏组件制造商DAS Solar计划在法国东部勃艮第-弗朗什-孔泰大区杜布省曼德乌尔市建造一座3 GW的太阳能组件装配工厂。
该工厂项目总监Frédéric Barbier告诉《光伏》杂志法国版，“新制造工厂的建设工作进展迅速”，并指出该项目将需要1.09亿欧元（1.241亿美元）的初始投资。
2024年11月18日，DAS Solar公司以140万欧元的价格从法国政府购买了一个生产基地。自2020年法国汽车零部件公司佛吉亚（Faurecia）撤离后，该场地一直处于闲置状态。2024年12月16日，该项目开始了石棉清除工作，然后完成了用于安装光伏组件装配生产线的主要建筑的清理。
Barbier称：“因此，我们正在按计划推进三条1 GW生产线的建设工作。我们计划在2025年底前启用两条生产线，并在2026年前将第三条生产线投产。”
计划生产的光伏组件将基于n型隧穿氧化层钝化接触（TOPCon）技术。这项技术已在该集团的亚洲工厂广泛应用，是专为漂浮式、屋顶和车棚光伏应用而设计的。

DAS Solar于4月11日表示已在法国签署了前两份协议：一份是与Suez签署的、对报废太阳能电池板进行回收处理的协议；另一份是与Île-de-France Photovoltaic Institute签署的技术开发协议。该公司的目标是建造一个太阳能领域的区域工业枢纽，但未讨论其未来的具体项目。对于太阳能电池板的其他组件，该公司计划与其中国和欧洲的分包商展开合作。
